基于“痰瘀虚”理论探讨糖尿病视网膜病变

Discussion on Diabetic Retinopathy Based on the Phlegm Blood Stasis and Deficiency Theory

糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病慢性并发症之一,西医认为糖尿病视网膜病变多因糖尿病病程进展,长期高血糖并高血脂、高血压等对眼视网膜微血管造成长期的慢性损害所引起的并发症,易造成眼部组织、神经、血管微循环改变以及眼部营养和视功能的损坏。中医对此病也早有记载,称之为“消渴目病”,认为其发病的主要病机为阴虚内热,耗气伤津,导致痰瘀互结,进一步加重病情的发展。文章主要基于“痰瘀虚”理论探讨糖尿病视网膜病变的病因病机以及治疗原则,为该疾病的防治提供参考。

Diabetic retinopathy is one of the chronic complications of diabetes,western medicine believe that diabetic retinopathy is multifactorial because of the progression of the course of diabetes,long-term hyperglycemia or complications caused by abnormal indicators such as diabetes mellitus and high blood lipids,hypertension,and long-term,chronic damage to the retinal microvasculature of the eye,will cause damage to the ocular tissues,nerves,and vascular microcirculation as well as ocular nutrition and visual function.This disease has also long been documented in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),called“thirsty disease”,and it is believed that the main pathogenesis of the disease is Yin deficiency internal heat,which consumes Qi and Trazine,leading to mutual phlegm and stasis,and further aggravating the development of the disease.It mainly explores the etiopathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy based on the theory of“phlegm and stasis deficiency”as well as the principles of treatment to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of this disease.
