摘要
为研究水杨酸对茶树光合性能、抗氧化特性及茶氨酸代谢生理特性的影响,以乌龙茶品种铁观音的幼苗为试验材料,对茶树进行叶面喷施水杨酸处理,对经水杨酸处理后茶苗的茶树光合性能、抗氧化特性、茶氨酸含量以及茶氨酸合成酶基因表达的影响进行测定。研究表明,喷施外源水杨酸处理后,茶苗叶绿素、可溶性糖和蛋白质含量均有显著升高(P<0.05);茶苗的过氧化物酶(POD)活性提高,其中,3.0 mmol/L水杨酸能显著提高POD活性(P<0.05);丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸含量降低;茶苗的茶氨酸代谢对水杨酸具有浓度效应;喷施适宜浓度外源水杨酸后,可提高茶苗茶氨酸的合成,从而提高茶苗茶氨酸含量。
To study the effects of salicylic acid on photosynthetic performance,antioxidant properties and theanine physiological properties of tea plants,the Oolong tea cultivar‘Tieguanyin’seedlings were used as experimental materials,and salicylic acid was sprayed on the leaves of tea plants.The effects of salicylic acid on photosynthetic performance,antioxidant characteristics,theanine content and theanine synthase gene expressions of tea plants were measured.The results show that the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar and protein were significantly increased after spraying with exogenous salicylic acid(P<0.05).The POD activity of tea seedlings was increased,with a significant increase under the treatment of 3.0 mmol/L salicylic acid(P<0.05).The MDA and proline contents were decreased.Theanine metabolismof tea seedlings has a concentration response to the salicylic acid.Spraying exogenous salicylic acid of appropriate concentration could improve the synthesis of theanine in tea seedlings,thereby increasing the content of theanine in tea seedlings.
