内镜下内痔治疗术对内痔的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of endoscopic treatment on internal hemorrhoids

目的 :评估内镜下内痔治疗术与传统手术在内痔的疗效差异。方法 :选取2019年1月~2022年7月在湖南师范大学附属岳阳医院住院的内痔患者。行内镜下治疗术36例为观察组,行传统外科治疗术29例为对照组。比较两组住院费用、住院时间、恢复时间及术后并发症等治疗效果。结果 :观察组患者的住院时间短于对照组,观察组患者的住院费用低于对照组,观察组患者的恢复时间短于对照组,观察组术后出血、肛门肿痛的发生率低于对照组。结论 :从疗效、并发症、经济学指标来看,内镜下内痔治疗术比传统手术治疗内痔具有一定的优势,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the difference between endoscopic hemorrhoids treatment and traditional surgery in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids. Methods Patients with internal hemorrhoids hospitalized in Yueyang Hospital Affiliated to Hunan Normal University from January 2019 to July 2022 were selected. Thirty-six patients underwent endoscopic ligation or endoscopic sclerotherapy as the observation group, and 29 patients underwent traditional surgical treatment as the control group. The cost of hospitalization, length of stay, recovery time and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the hospitalization cost of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the incidence of postoperative bleeding and anal swelling and pain in the observation group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion In terms of efficacy, complications and economic indicators, endoscopic treatment of internal hemorrhoids has certain advantages over traditional surgery for internal hemorrhoids, which is worthy of clinical application.
