通补骨络法在原发性骨质疏松症中的应用

骨络是存在与骨中的络脉系统,具有生成、输布气血、营养骨组织的作用。由于脏腑亏虚、气血不足、外感风寒湿邪、内生痰瘀等因素可致骨络不足或骨络瘀阻,使骨失所养,发为骨痿。治疗上以通补骨络为治疗大法,通络法包括辛散通络法、虫蚁搜剔法、活血通络法,补络法包括补肾健脾通络法、补气通络法、补血通络法等。在临床诊疗过程中以补肾活血通络法应用最多,补肾活血通络汤运用大量补肾药物以补络为主,同时兼顾通络药物,既可入血络以行血,又可入气络以行气,应用于临床取得较好疗效。

Bone collateral is the collateral system that exists in the bones,which has the function of generating and distributing Qi and blood and nourishing the bone tissue.Insufficient Zang-Fu organs Qi and blood,exogenous wind,cold and dampness,endogenous phlegm and blood stasis and other factors,can lead to bone collateral deficiency or blood stasis in bone collateral,and then cause bone loss of nourishment,and osteodystrophy.In treatment,dredging and tonifying bone collateral method is the main treatment method.Dredging collateral method includes dispersing with pungent drugs method,dredging collateral by insect drugs,activating blood circulation and dredging collateral method.The method of tonifying collateral includes tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen and dredging collateral method,tonifying Qi and dredging collateral method,nourishing blood and dredging collateral method.In the clinical diagnosis and treatment process,the method of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation and dredging collateral method is mostly used.Bushen Huoxue Tongluo Decoction(补肾活血通络汤)uses a large number of tonifying kidney drugs to tonify collateral.At the same time,it takes care of drugs for dredging collateral,which can not only enter the blood collateral to promote blood circulation,but also enter the Qi collateral to promote Qi movement,which used in clinical practice to achieve better curative effect.
