养心汤加减联合心理疗法治疗抑郁症的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Yangxin Decoction(养心汤)Combined with Psychotherapy on Depression

目的探讨养心汤加减联合心理疗法治疗抑郁症的临床效果。方法将2021年1月—2021年12月医院收治的114例抑郁症患者,根据随机对照表随机分为两组,对照组单纯使用心理疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上联合养心汤加减治疗。治疗结束后,比较两组临床疗效、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分及抑郁自评量表(SDS)、中医证候积分、神经递质水平及生活质量评分。结果与对照组治疗总有效率(73.68%,42/57)相比,观察组治疗总有效率(94.74%,54/57)较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组治疗后2周、4周HAMD评分、SDS评分较低(P<0.05),抑郁寡欢、表情淡漠、沉默寡言、胸闷气短等中医证候积分较低(P<0.05),5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平较低(P<0.05),社会功能、躯体疼痛、生理机能、生理职能、情感职能、精神健康、心理健康、生命活力、总体健康等SF-36评分较高(P<0.05)。结论养心汤加减联合心理疗法治疗抑郁症的临床效果显著,能有效减轻抑郁症状,缓解中医证候,改善大脑神经递质的传递,提高整体生活质量,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yangxin Decoction(养心汤)combined with psychotherapy in the treatment of depression.Methods A total of 114 patients with depression treated in the hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random control table.The control group was treated with psychotherapy only,and the observation group was treated with Yangxin Decoction on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,self rating depression scale(SDS),TCM syndrome score,neurotransmitter level and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with that of the control group(73.68%,42/57),the total effective rate of the observation group(94.74%,54/57)was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with those of the control group,the HAMD score and SDS score of the observation group were lower at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes such as depression,apathy,silence,chest tightness and shortness of breath were lower(P<0.05),the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and noradrenaline(NE)were lower(P<0.05),and the SF-36 scores of social function,physical pain,physiological function,physiological function,emotional function,mental health,mental health,life vitality and overall health were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Yangxin Decoction combined with psychotherapy has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of depression.It can effectively reduce the depression symptoms,alleviate TCM syndromes,improve the transmission of brain neurotransmitters and the overall quality of life.
