大型柴油机缸体零件在机测量与分析

摘要 为提高大型柴油机缸体测量效率和测量精度,文中设计了柴油机缸体类零件的在机测量系统。利用在机测量系统,对某大型柴油机缸体机身的直径、圆柱度和垂直度等进行测量。通过小型试件对所设计的在机测量系统的测量精度在三坐标测量机上进行验证。结果表明:文中所设计的在机测量系统实现了利用加工中心对大型柴油机缸体类零件的在机测量,使加工中心具有了三坐标测量机的测量功能。柴油机缸体的直径、圆柱度和垂直度测量误差分别达到了0.021 mm、0.026 mm和0.036 mm,满足实际测量精度要求。 In order to improve the measurement efficiency and accuracy of large diesel engine cylinder block,an on engine measurement system for diesel engine cylinder block parts is designed.The diameter,cylindricity and perpendicularity of the cylinder body of a large diesel engine are measured with an on machine measuring system.The measuring accuracy of the designed on machine measuring system is verified on the CMM through small test pieces.The results show that the on machine measurement system designed in this paper realizes the on machine measurement of large diesel engine cylinder block parts by using the machining center,so that the machining center has the measurement function of CMM.The measurement errors of diameter,cylindricity and perpendicularity of diesel engine cylinder block reach 0.021 mm,0.026 mm and 0.036 mm respectively,meeting the actual measurement accuracy requirements.
