摘要
南京应天大街长江隧道是国内首个开展健康监测系统升级改造工程的大直径盾构隧道,改造工程存在施工条件复杂、综合布线难度大以及传感器安装要求难以满足等问题。针对工程特点,梳理施工重难点,研究防火板覆盖条件下的环缝测缝计定位技术、运营盾构隧道弧形顶面综合布线技术、多种类传感器长距离传输的精确匹配技术、钢筋密集C60混凝土传感器安装技术等多项关键技术,为类似工程提供借鉴。
Nanjing Yingtian Avenue Yangtze River Tunnel is the first large-diameter shield tunnel in China to upgrade the health monitoring system.There are some problems in the process of the project,such as complex construction conditions,difficult comprehensive wiring and difficult to meet the installation requirements of sensors.According to the characteristics of the project,the research summarized the key and difficult points in the construction process,and studied the key technologies,such as the positioning of ring joint meter under the condition of fireproof plate,arc top generic cabling of operating shield tunnel,long-distance transmission and accurate matching of multiple types of sensors and installation of C60 concrete sensors with dense reinforcement.These technologies can provide reference for similar projects.
