摘要 基于超声红外热波成像技术,对桥梁结构损伤识别方法开展研究。以配置桥梁全结构序列数据信息表为基础,构建超声红外热波成像数学模型;基于有限元修正计算,实现桥梁结构损伤识别。试验以实际运行中的某大跨度大桥为测试对象,分别选择两种现有方法与所研究方法进行对比,两组现有方法的识别结果与实际数据有出入,而所研究的方法可在0.1 s内完成对损伤次数的识别,且损伤长度的识别结果与实际数据一致,这种方法能提高识别的准确程度,具有良好的应用效果。 Based on the ultrasonic infrared thermal wave imaging technology,the damage identification method of bridge structure is studied.On the basis of configuring the sequence data information table of the whole structure of the bridge,the mathematical model of ultrasonic infrared thermal wave imaging is constructed.The damage identification of the bridge structure is realized based on the finite element correction calculation,and the design of the damage identification method of the bridge structure is completed.The experiment takes a span bridge in actual operation as the test object,and selects two existing methods to compare with the method in the research.The identification results of the two groups of existing methods are offset from the actual value,while the method in the research can complete the identification of damage times within 0.1 s,and the identification results of damage length are consistent with the actual data,which can improve the accuracy of identification and have favorable application effect.
