人类社会的生存发展需要对生态系统、环境空间和资源体系的合理利用、科学改造和有序改善,需要站在人与自然和谐共生的高度谋划发展,因为生态修复能力、环境净化能力和资源承载能力都是有限度的。构建清洁美丽世界是推动构建人类命运共同体的重要内容和前提条件,更是中国生态治理精神的集中体现。人与自然和谐共生意味着生态系统物质能量信息交流转换和生命要素数量质量制衡多样涌现,以及由此呈现相互联系和协同发展的良序状态,由此生态环境问题究其实质是发展方式和生活方式问题,要在推动形成绿色发展方式和生活方式中发扬改革精神、开拓精神、创新精神;地球是人类唯一赖以生存的家园,大自然是人类赖以生存发展的基本条件,要在推动携手共建美好生态家园中发扬合作精神、共赢精神、伙伴精神;全球生态治理是系统工程,人与自然是生命共同体,无止境地向自然索取甚至破坏自然必然会遭到大自然的报复,要在为推动全球生态治理作贡献中发扬科学治理精神、担当精神、法治精神;生态文明建设事关中华民族和人类社会的可持续发展,要站在对人类文明负责的高度,探索人与自然和谐共生之路,要在携手推进人类社会永续发展进程中发扬务实精神、奉献精神、奋斗精神等中国生态治理精神,推动携手构建清洁美丽世界。

The survival and development of human society entails the rational use,scientific transformation and orderly improvement of the ecosystem,environmental space and resource system,and the development needs to be planned from the perspective of harmonious coexistence of man and nature,because there are limits to ecological restoration capacity,environmental purification capacity and resource carrying capacity.Building a clean and beautiful world is an important element and prerequisite for promoting the building of a community with a shared future for mankind,and it is also a concentrated representation of China's ecological governance spirit.The harmonious coexistence of man and nature means the exchange and transformation of material,energy and information of the ecosystem and the diversified emergence of quantitative and qualitative balances of life elements,as well as the orderly state of mutual connection and coordinated development.Ecological environment problems are in essence problems of development mode and lifestyle,and the spirit of reform,pioneering and innovation should be carried forward in promoting green growth model and green lifestyle.The earth is the only home for human,and nature is the basic condition for human survival and development.We should carry forward the spirit of cooperation,win-win and partnership in promoting joint efforts to build a better ecological home.Global ecological governance is a systematic project;man and nature share a community of life.Human's endless exploitation or even destruction of nature will inevitably end up getting retaliated.We should take responsibility for our actions and adhere to scientific and law-based governance in contributing to the promotion of global ecological governance.Ecological civilization promotion is related to the sustainable development of the Chinese nation and human society.We should take responsibility for human civilization,explore the road of harmonious coexistence of man and nature,and carry forward the spirit of China's ecological governance,such as pragmatism,dedication and hard-working in the process of jointly promoting the sustainable development of human society,so as to build a clean and beautiful world.
