生态政治哲学视域下生态主义思潮的新动向

On New Trend of Ecologism from the Perspective of Eco-Political Philosophy

在环境与发展问题深度融合、世界百年未有之大变局与世纪大疫情相互交织等背景下,西方生态思潮裂变蜕化,全球生态帝国主义开始登上历史舞台。同时,全球生态思潮在中国贡献和引领全球生态治理、绿色发展的基础上,朝着和平、发展、公平、正义、民主、自由的方向转型。对此,一方面需要从四个维度认识西方生态思潮新动向对我国意识形态安全的威胁:在思想维度,鼓吹“空白”“重构”以否定马克思主义生态思想;在价值维度,鼓吹“生态中心主义”滞碍“生态惠民”的生态价值观;在历史维度,鼓吹“生态虚无主义”虚化生态治理的历史公正性;在改革发展维度,鼓吹“绿色资本主义”动摇生态文明建设的革命性。另一方面应持续推进全球生态思潮的转型发展,坚定地以正确思想引领生态思潮的前行方向:坚持人道主义与自然主义的统一,坚持生命至上与人民至上的统一,坚持碳达峰碳中和与高质量发展的统一,坚持建设美丽中国与美好世界的统一。

In the context of the deep integration of development and environmental issues and against the background of the world's unprecedented changes in a century and the epidemic of the century,great changes have taken place in the western ecologism and global ecological imperialism began to step onto the historical stage.Meanwhile,global ecologism is transforming towards peace,development,equity,justice,democracy and freedom based on China's contribution and leadership in global ecological governance and green development.On the one hand,we need to understand the threat of the new trend of western ecologism to China's ideological security from four dimensions.In the ideological dimension,it advocates“blank”and“reconstruction”to negate Marxist ecological thought;in the value dimension,it advocates“ecocentrism”to hinder the ecological values of“benefiting people ecologically”;in the historical dimension,it advocates“ecological nihilism”to deflate the historical justice of ecological governance;in the dimension of reform and development,it advocates“green capitalism”to weaken the revolutionary nature of ecological civilization construction.On the other hand,we should continue to promote the transformation and development of global ecologism,and firmly guide the development of ecologism with correct ideas,adhering to the unity of humanitarianism and naturalism,the unity of life first and people first,the unity of carbon peaking,carbon neutrality and high-quality development,and the unity of building a beautiful China and building a better world.
