基于ABAQUS的断层破碎带对调压室轴线布置影响分析

摘要 为研究断层破碎带对调压室轴线布置的影响,以金沙江昌波水电站调压室工程为例,开展了基于ABAQUS的有限元模拟计算,分析了两条断层破碎带对调压室洞室变形、应力、屈服破坏及稳定性的影响,以及随调压室轴线布置的变化,该地质弱带对调压室的影响情况;基于断层破碎带的影响变化规律,提出了受其影响小的调压室轴线布置方案。结果表明:位于该电站1号调压室下游边墙外侧的断层破碎带FC4对该调压室变形、应力、屈服和稳定性等指标的影响较大;位于调压室右端墙外的断层破碎带FC5力学参数值较高,对调压室影响很小;敏感性计算结果显示,靠近断层破碎带的调压室变形、应力、屈服和稳定性对断层破碎带的力学参数变化较敏感。随调压室轴线方位角变化,断层破碎带对调压室的影响相应变化,沿N86°E轴线布置的方案受断层破碎带影响最小。研究成果可为调压室轴线布置方案优选提供参考。 In order to study the influence of fault fracture zone on the axis arrangement of surge chamber,taking the surge chamber project of Changbo Hydropower Station on Jinshajiang River as an example,finite element simulation calculation based on ABAQUS was carried out.The influence of two fault fracture zones on the deformation,stress,yield failure and stability of the surge chamber was analyzed,as well as the influence of the geological weak zone on the surge chamber along with the change of the axial layout of the surge chamber;based on the influence of the fault fracture zone,the axial layout scheme of the surge chamber that was less affected by the fault fracture zone is proposed.The results showed that the fault fracture zone FC4 located outside the downstream side wall of the surge chamber had a great impact on the deformation,stress,yield and stability of the surge chamber of this power station;the mechanical parameters of fault fracture zone FC5 located outside the right end wall of the surge chamber were relatively high,which had little influence on the surge chamber;sensitivity calculation showed that the deformation,stress,yield and stability of surge chamber were sensitive to the change of mechanical parameters of fault fracture zone.With the change of azimuth of the surge chamber axis,the influence of fault fracture zone on the surge chamber changed accordingly.The N86°E axis layout scheme affected least by the fault fracture zone.The research results could be a basis for optimization method of the axial layout of surge chamber.
