Guiding the Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Team in Contemporary Higher Vocational Colleges with “Long March Spirit”

在中国共产党百年的奋斗征程中,为中华民族和世界创造了一个又一个的伟大奇迹。特别是习近平总书记提出“两个一百年”的伟大奋斗目标,为新时代中国特色社会主义建设指明了方向。作为新时代下的高职高专院校,更应以党中央的新时代部署作为目标,努力开创创新创业的新局面,积极探索双创成功实现的新方法。基于此,分析“长征精神”对当代高职院校创新创业团队建设的意义,以及当代高职院校创新创业团队建设遇到的问题,提出“长征精神”在当代高职院校创新创业团队建设中的应用策略。

In the centennial struggle of the Communist Party of China, it has created one great miracle after another for the Chinese nation and the world. General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward the great goal of “two hundred years”, which have pointed out the direction for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. As a higher vocational college in the new era, it is necessary to take the deployment of the CPC Central Committee in the new era as the goal, strive to open up a new situation of innovation and entrepreneurship, and actively explore new ways for the successful realization of entrepreneurship and innovation. Based on this, this paper analyzes the significance of “long march spirit” to the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship team in contemporary higher vocational colleges and the problems encountered in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship team in contemporary higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the application strategy of “long march spirit” in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship team in contemporary higher vocational colleges.
