摘要
《普通高中学校办学质量评价指南》(以下简称《评价指南》)的出台,为普通高中构建了科学系统的办学质量评价体系,为提高我国普通高中办学质量、提升治校能力指明了方向。《评价指南》的核心理念明确,评价内容涉及面广,评价方法多样,评价实施周全。在对《评价指南》进行解读的基础上,从课程开发、网络信息平台搭建、教师队伍建设、学生全面发展、数字化办学等方面,提出加快提高普通高中办学水平的建议。
The introduction of Guidelines for the Evaluation of the Quality of Running Ordinary Senior High Schools(hereinafter referred to as the Evaluation Guidelines) has built a scientific and systematic evaluation system for the quality of running ordinary senior high schools, and pointed out the direction for improving the quality of running ordinary senior high schools in China and enhancing the ability to govern schools. The core concept of the Evaluation Guidelines is clear, the evaluation content covers a wide range, the evaluation methods are diverse, and the evaluation implementation is comprehensive. Based on the interpretation of Evaluation Guidelines, this paper puts forward some suggestions to accelerate the improvement of the level of running ordinary senior high schools from the aspects of curriculum development, the construction of network information platforms, the construction of teaching staff, all-round development of students and digital school running.
