“三全育人”背景下高职大学生心理健康教育工作模式的创新

Innovation of Mental Health Education Mode of Higher Vocational College Students under the Background of “Three Complete Education”

“三全育人”将立德树人思想融入教学工作、服务工作和管理工作中,根据思想政治工作的发展规律,改变了单一的育人方式,突出了育人的全面性。如今,大学生群体中的心理问题频发,因此抓好心理健康教育工作尤为重要。基于此,分析当代大学生心理健康问题的表现,探讨高职大学生心理健康问题的成因,提出“三全育人”背景下高职大学生心理健康教育工作模式的创新策略。

“Three Complete Education” integrates the thought of moral education into teaching, service and management, changes the single way of educating people, and highlights the comprehensiveness of educating people according to the development law of ideological and political work. Nowadays, the psychological problems occur frequently among college students, so it is particularly important to do a good job in mental health education. This paper analyzes the performance of contemporary college students’ mental health problems, discusses the causes of higher vocational college students’ mental health problems, and puts forward the innovative strategies of higher vocational college students’ mental health education under the background of “Three Complete Education”.
