依托乡村振兴助力精准扶贫——农村大学生精准资助工作开展研究

Research on Funding Rural College Students Based on Rural Revitaliztion

党的十九大报告提出了乡村振兴战略,高校资助是当前国家扶贫战略中的主要组成部分,也是实施乡村振兴和精准扶贫的中坚力量。高校通过不同的资助模式参与到扶贫工作中,是其履行社会服务职能的基本体现,也是促进高等教育实现内涵式发展的必然举措。当前大学生资助工作中存在社会资助力量薄弱、资助育人功能不完全、资助体系构建不完善以及情感关怀不到位等问题,农村大学生精准资助工作应提升资助精准度、推进资助主体建设、夯实资助标准和坚持生本原则的精准资助措施。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization. Funding Colleges students is not only the main component of the current national poverty alleviation strategy, but also the backbone of rural revitalization and targeted poverty alleviation. Therefore, the participation of colleges and universities in poverty alleviation through different funding models is not only colleges’ function of social services. It also promotes the development of higher education. This paper puts forward precise funding measures to improve the accuracy of funding, to promote the construction of funding entities, to consolidate the funding standards and adhere to the student-based principles by analyzing the problems in the current funding work such as weak social funding forces, incomplete funding and education functions, imperfect funding system construction and inadequate emotional care.
