分层·逐级·增值:“专升本”教育教学效能评价研究——基于湖北省15所高校专业满意度大数据

摘要 随着小学教育专业“专升本”学生数量的增加,提升“专升本”学生培养质量成为新时期提高小学教师质量的重要课题。基于小学教育专业满意度大数据,探索构建“专升本”培养质量的增值性评价模型,分析各层面因素对“专升本”学生培养质量的“净增值”,找出培养中存在的问题,进而提出针对性的培养建议,有助于“专升本”教育教学实现由粗放型向精准化的转型。 With the increase of the number of students majoring primary education, it is become important to improve the quality of primary school teachers in the new era. Based on the big data of professional satisfaction in primary education, this paper explores the construction of a value-added evaluation model for the training quality of higher education, analyzes the net value-added of various factors influencing the training quality of higher education students, finds out the existing problems in the training, and then puts forward training suggestions, which is conducive to the transformation of higher education teaching from extensive teaching to intensive teaching.
