The Theoretical Development and Cultural Value of Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritors’ Oral Records

推进文化自信自强,传承中华优秀传统文化,在党的二十大报告中被列入国家文化建设的宏伟蓝图。非遗是中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,研究其传承人在文化传承中的独特价值,已成为当代非遗实践的关键问题。我国非遗传承人保护的制度化建设,从2007年实施“国家级非遗代表性传承人名录”制度,到2015年实施“国家级非遗传承人抢救性记录工程”和“中国非遗传承人群研修研习培训计划”,已取得显著进展。在此语境中,探索传承人口述志的理论拓展,旨在从国家文化建设的高度,观照文化担当的传承人群体,为传承人建立“精神档案”、探寻非遗的“人文品格”、还原非遗传承的“社会记忆”、建构地方性知识传统、阐明非遗传承人的中华民族共同体认同内涵,为丰富可信、可爱、可敬的中国形象研究提供新的学术视野与理论方法。

To enhance cultural confidence and inherit the fine traditional Chinese culture has been included in the grand blueprint of national cultural construction in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Intangible cultural heritage is an important part of China’s fine traditional culture. Studying the unique value of its inheritors in cultural inheritance has become a key issue in contemporary intangible cultural heritage practice. The institutionalization of the protection of the inheritors of intangible cultural heritage in China has made remarkable progress from the implementation of the “National List of Representative Inheritors of Intangible Cultural Heritage” system in 2007 to the implementation of the “National Recording Project to Rescue Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritors” and the “Training Plan for Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage Inheritors” in 2015. In this context, to explore the theoretical development of inheritors’ oral records, the aim is to study the inheritors group with cultural responsibility from the perspective of national cultural construction, establish “spiritual archives” for the inheritors, explore the “humanistic character” of intangible cultural heritage, restore the “social memory” of intangible cultural heritage, construct local knowledge traditions, clarify the connotation of a community for the Chinese nation identity of the inheritors of intangible cultural heritage, and enrich the research on the credible, lovely and respectable image of China. Therefore the article provides new academic vision and theoretical methods.
