摘要
针对间歇法生产过氧化甲乙酮存在安全隐患大的问题,进行了以强酸性离子交换树脂为催化剂可换热式固定床连续法合成过氧化甲乙酮的研究。考察了稀释剂、反应温度、空速、双氧水和甲乙酮物质的量比对反应的影响。结果表明,优选的反应条件为邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为稀释剂、常压、反应温度20℃、空速0.5~1 h^(-1)、双氧水和甲乙酮物质的量比为(1.6~2)∶1,产物中活性氧质量分数量可达11.3%以上。500 h稳定性研究显示催化剂稳定性良好。
Aiming at the problems such as security issues,the fixed bed with jacketed continuous process is studied and developed for synthesizing methyl ethyl ketone(MEK)peroxide in the presence of strong acidic resin as catalyst.The effects of diluent,reaction temperature,space velocity,mole ratio of H2O2 to MEK were investigated in detail.The results showed that the proper conditions were as follows:using dimethyl phthalate as the diluent,the reaction temperature was 20℃,the liquid hourly space velocity was 0.5-1.0 h^(-1),and the mole ratio of H2O2 to MEK was 1.6-2.Under the optimized conditions,the mass fraction of active oxygen was more than 11.3%,and the catalyst performance remained stable during 500 hours testing period.
