异种金属焊接接头无损检测技术研究

摘要 随着新型材料、新工艺和新设备的应用越来越广泛,异种钢焊接接头在工程应用中越来越重要。由于异种钢焊接接头材质不均匀,难以开展常规超声检测或表面检测。制作了含气孔、坡口未熔合、夹渣等异种钢缺陷试块,采用超声相控阵检测和射线检测两种方法对该试块进行检测。研究结果表明:异种钢焊接接头内部埋藏缺陷射线检测结果易受缺陷方向和透射角度影响,超声相控阵检测结果更加接近缺陷设计尺寸,超声相控阵检测可在一定程度上替代射线检测。 With the application of new materials,new technology and new equipment more and more widely,heterogeneous steel welding joint is more and more important in engineering application.Due to the characteristics of material homogeneity,it is difficult to carry out routine ultrasonic detection or surface detection.Heterogeneous steel defect test blocks with pores,unfused groove and slag inclusion were made,and ultrasonic phased array detection and X-ray detection were used to detect the test blocks.The results show that the ray detection results of embedded defects in heterogeneous steel welding joint are easily affected by the defect direction and transmission angle,ultrasonic phased test results are closer to the defect design size.To a certain extent,ultrasonic phased array detection can replace the ray detection.
