摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定不同食品模拟物中苯酚和间苯二酚迁移量的方法。食品模拟物浸泡液使用氨基柱在液相色谱仪上进行分离,紫外检测器检测,外标法定量。水、4%(体积分数,下同)乙酸、10%乙醇、20%乙醇和50%乙醇食品模拟物中苯酚和间苯二酚线性范围为0.10~6.0 mg/L,95%乙醇食品模拟物中苯酚和间苯二酚线性范围为0.20~6.0 mg/L,线性相关系数r2均大于0.995,说明不同食品模拟物中的苯酚和间苯二酚均具有良好的线性关系。在所选择的实验条件下,该方法灵敏度高、检测限低、重现性好,适用于不同食品模拟物中苯酚和间苯二酚迁移量的测定。
A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established to determine the migration of phenol and resorcinol in different food simulants.The food simulant soaking solution was separated by amino column on liquid chromatograph,detected by ultraviolet detector and quantified by external standard method.The linear range of phenol and resorcinol in water,4%acetic acid,10%ethanol,20%ethanol and 50%ethanol food simulators was 0.10-6.0 mg/L,and that of phenol and resorcinol in 95%ethanol food simulators was 0.20-6.0 mg/L,and the linear correlation coefficient r2 was greater than 0.995,which indicated that phenol and resorcinol in different food simulants had good linear relationship.Under the selected experimental conditions,this method had high sensitivity,low detection limit and good reproducibility,and was suitable for the determination of phenol and resorcinol migration in different food simulants.
