基于知识图谱的热应激研究可视化分析 被引量:1

Visual analysis of heat stress based on knowledge graphs

摘要 目的通过热应激领域研究文献的可视化分析,了解该领域研究脉络、重点作者、重要机构、核心期刊、关注热点和发展趋势。方法检索Web of Science数据库和中国知网(CNKI)中收录的热应激相关研究文献,借助Bibliometrix及VOSviewer科学知识图谱软件生成相关文献的发文量、作者机构合作视图、国家合作视图、关键词共现和关键词时间线知识图谱。结果共获得英文文献5149篇,中文文献937篇,该领域自20世纪90年代开展并逐渐受到重视,美国是主要发文国家,发文量和引用量最高。国内研究机构和作者之间的合作较为分散,尚未形成明显的聚类族群。关键词分析结果表明,国内外关注热点主要为热应激对机体生理功能的影响、热习服相关机制和热休克蛋白功能作用等研究。国内近年来热应激氧化应激反应的研究热度持续上升,国外则对全球变暖对热应激反应的影响及应对措施关注较多。结论通过知识图谱直观展示热应激领域的国内外研究概况,揭示当前该领域的主要研究团队、研究现状和发展趋势,可为本领域科研人员提供借鉴和参考。 Objective To analyze literature related to heat stress in order to find out more about the evolution of re‐search,key authors and institutions,core journals,hot spots and developments in this field.Methods English and Chi‐nese literature related to heat stress documented in Web of Science databases and China Knowledge Network(CNKI)was retrieved.The number of publications,author‐institution collaboration view,country collaboration view,co‐occurrence of keywords and keyword timeline knowledge map of related literature were generated and analyzed via Bibliometrix and VOS‐viewer.Results A total of 5149 articles in english and 937 articles in Chinese were retrieved.This field had been gain‐ing attention since the 1990s,and the United States was the country with the largest number of publications and citations in this field.The cooperation between domestic research institutions or authors was more fragmented and no obvious clus‐tering communities had been formed.The analysis results of key words showed that the effect of heat stress on the physio‐logical function of the body,mechanisms related to thermal adaptation and heat shock proteins were hot spots at home and abroad.In China,research on the oxidative stress response to heat stress continued to increase in recent years,but more at‐tention was paid to the effects of global warming on heat stress and the countermeasures.Conclusion This knowledge mapping visualizes the research on heat stress,locates the leading research teams in this field,and analyzes the current research and developments.
