酵母提取物对鲤鱼抗氧化功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 该试验以鲤(Cyprinus carpio)为研究对象,探究不同剂量的酵母(yeast)提取物对其机体抗氧化功能的影响。试验选择400尾体重相近、无病的鲤,随机分成4组,每组100尾鲤。对照组鲤投喂基础饲料,试验1组鲤投喂基础饲料+0.1%酵母提取物,试验2组鲤投喂基础饲料+0.2%酵母提取物,试验3组鲤投喂基础饲料+0.4%酵母提取物。试验周期为8周。试验结束,检测各组鲤机体的总抗氧化能力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、丙二醛等抗氧化相关指标。结果表明,试验2组鲤的过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活力显著增强(P<0.05),试验2组鲤血清中的脂质氧化物丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05),酵母提取物对鲤血清中的总抗氧化能力和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力未产生显著性的影响(P>0.05)。综上所述,在鲤的养殖中使用适量的酵母提取物可以有效增强机体的抗氧化功能,且酵母提取物在鲤鱼生产中的最适添加剂量为0.2%。 In this study,Cyprinus carpio was used as the research object to explore the effects of yeast extract with different doses on its antioxidant function.A total of 400 Cyprinus carpio of similar weight and free of disease were randomly divided into four groups of 100 Cyprinus carpio each.The control group was fed basal diet,the test 1 group was fed basal diet+0.1% yeast extract,the test 2 group was fed basal diet+0.2%yeast extract,and the test 3 group was fed basal diet+0.4% yeast extract.The test period was 8 weeks.At the end of the experiment,the antioxidant-related indexes such as total antioxidant capacity,glutathione peroxidase and malondialdehyde were measured in each group of Cyprinus carpio organism.The results showed that the activity of catalase and superoxide dismutase were significantly enhanced in the Cyprinus carpio of test 2 groups(P<0.05),and the content of malondialdehyde,a lipid oxide,in the serum of the Cyprinus carpio of test 2 groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the yeast extract did not have a significant effect on the total antioxidant capacity and glutathione peroxidase activity in the serum of the Cyprinus carpio(P>0.05).In conclusion,appropriate amount of yeast extract can effectively enhance the antioxidant function in the Cyprinus carpio,and the optimal dosage of yeast extract in Cyprinus carpio production is 0.2%.
