水下飞秒双光梳高精度测距算法设计与实现

摘要 水下飞秒双光梳高精度测距是实现大量程、高精度水下激光测距的有效途径。本文提出了飞秒双光梳的水下高精度测距方法,基于飞秒双光梳光源和双干涉光路,配合水折射率的实时修正,实现水下高精度测距。同时基于飞秒双光梳测距算法,按照软硬件协同的设计方式,设计了水下双光梳测距算法结构,完成了嵌入式系统的开发与实现。实验结果表明,本文研发的飞秒双光梳水下测距系统在30m的范围内能够实现水下测距误差优于150μm。 Underwater femtosecond dual optical comb high-precision ranging is an effective way to achieve large range and high accuracy underwater laser ranging.Based on femtosecond dual optical comb light sources and dual interference optical paths,this paper propose a high-precision underwater ranging method based on femtosecond dual-comb is proposed,which can realize high-precision underwater ranging through real-time correction of water refractive index.Meanwhile,based on the femtosecond dual optical comb ranging algorithm,the structure of the underwater dual optical comb ranging algorithm is designed in accordance with the software and hardware cooperative design approach,and the development and implementation of the embedded system is completed.The experimental results show that the underwater femtosecond dual optical comb ranging system proposed in this paper can achieve an underwater ranging error better than 150μm in a range up to 30 m.
