To promote the sustainable development of exploiting the sea of offshore wind power utilization,the paper expounds the system architecture and main fimctions of exploiting the sea of offshore wind power digital management system,based on modem infbnnation technology.By means of informatization,the digital and visual management of exploiting the sea of offshore wind power utilization can be further strengthened,the demonstration,approval,monitoring,evaluation and other data of exploiting the sea of ofifehore wind power can be uniformly managed,auxiliary decision support for the standardized management of exploiting the sea of offshore wind powercan be provided,and the utilization efficiency of marine resources can be improved.
