摘要 供电企业安全性评价可以及时发现供电企业安全管理短板,夯实安全管理基础,提高本质安全水平。针对传统评价方法存在主观性较强、结论具有片面性、纸质报告不利于历史数据的保存与分析等问题,构建了一种基于熵权-逼近理想解法的供电企业安全性评价系统。应用结果表明,该系统可以科学地确定权重系数来调整主观偏差,使得评价结果具有较强的客观性,并可以实现供电企业安全性评价的信息化、数据化管理,具有一定的实用价值。 Security evaluation of power supply enterprises can timely identify the deficiencies of security management of power supply enterprises,consolidate the security management basis,and improve the intrinsic safety level.To address the limitations of traditional evaluation methods,such as strong subjectivity in evaluation process,one-sided evaluation conclusion,reports in paper that are not conductive to are the preservation and statistical analysis of historical data,a security evaluation system for power supply enterprises is constructed with entropy weight method and technology for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS).The application results show that the system can scientifically identify the weight factor to adjust the subjective bias,which makes the evaluation results more objective,and can perform the information and data management of power supply enterprise security evaluation,which makes a certain practical value.
