一体化深基坑作业智能机的设计与应用

摘要 针对输电线路建设中铁塔基础深基坑作业基础性强、工作量大、危险性高,同时缺少专用作业设备的现状,提出一种综合起吊、通风功能于一体化的设备,其结构规范安全,施工便捷,并有机整合了多项安全辅助设施,同时能够对基坑内作业情况和气体浓度进行实时监控。详细介绍了各个部分的功能设计与实现方式,对关键受力结构的力学校验进行了分析,经现场深基坑作业应用验证了该设备的实用价值。 In transmission line construction,deep tower foundation pit operation is strongly foundational,heavily work loaded and highly risky.However,there was no special operation equipment at present.In this paper,an integrated equipment with lifting and ventilation functions is proposed,the structure of which is standardized and safe,convenient for construction and organicly combines multiple safety auxiliary facilities.At the same time the in-pit operation and gas concentration in the foundation pit can be monitored in real time.This paper introduced the functional design and implementation of each part,as well as the mechanical verification of key stressed structures.Finally,after application in deep foundation pit operation of certain power line construction,practical value of equipment was testified.
