支架式教学在重症医学人才培养中的应用

The application of scaffolding teaching in clinical teaching of critical care medicine

新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发以来,重症医学在挽救危重患者中发挥了极其重要的作用,但同时也暴露出我国重症医学人才相对匮乏的问题。由于重症医学内容涉及各学科的大量生理学、病理生理学知识,往往抽象晦涩,令学习者望而却步。因此,为了提升重症医学教育教学效果,本研究将支架式教学模式应用在实习医生的临床教学中,运用多种不同类型的教学支架为学生层层构建重症医学知识体系,探索适合重症医学人才培养的教育教学方法。教学实践证明,支架式教学在重症医学的教学中能够激发学生学习热情,提升教学效果,可以进一步推广。

and obscure,which sometimes discourages the enthusiastic learners.Therefore,in order to improve the quality of critical care medicine education and teaching,our team applied the scaffolding teaching to the teaching of interns,used a variety of different types of instructional scaffolding to build a knowledge system of critical care medicine for students layer by layer,and explored education and teaching methods suitable for the cultivation of critical care medical talents.The outcome of teaching practice has proved that scaffolding strategy in the critical care medicine education and teaching can stimulate students'learning enthusiasm and improve the teaching effect,which is worthy of promotion.
