摘要
本文针对企业输配电产品标准化现状和发展瓶颈,剖析原因,根据企业多地管理和定制化产品特点,结合相关标准与实践经验,提出了优化标准化组织架构、重点落实输配电产品实现各环节标准化路径改进和技术创新方案,经实践验证,定制产品的标准化率持续提升,企业竞争力不断增强。
This paper analyzes the reasons for the current situation and bottleneck of the standardization of customized products for remote power transmission and distribution in enterprises.According to the characteristics of multisite management and customized products of enterprises,combined with relevant standards and practical experience,the paper proposes to adjust the standardization organizational structure,focus on the implementation of the products to achieve standardization,path optimization and innovation programs in all aspects,and continuous improvement of the standardization rate of customized products,as well as the product quality and market competitiveness of enterprises.
