沪浙苏皖制造业创新竞争力的比较——基于系统动力学的研究

摘要 一个企业、一个行业直至一个国家,实现可持续发展的前提都是坚持创新发展。制造业是创新主体,制造业创新竞争力的强弱与国家的创新能力息息相关。长江三角洲地区是中国制造业未来发展的核心支柱,长三角地区制造业具有较强的创新竞争力,是国家制造业实现创新驱动发展战略、走向国际创新上游梯级的必要条件。文章在系统动力学理论、灰色预测理论指导下,研究沪浙苏皖4个省(市)制造业创新竞争力系统的理论体系及其内部运行的反馈机制,构建区域制造业创新竞争力系统动力学模型。比较分析模拟结果,为长三角一体化视角下提升沪浙苏皖4个省(市)的制造业创新竞争力提供一些对策和建议。 For an enterprise,an industry and even a country,the premise of achieving sustainable development is to adhere to innovative development.Manufacturing industry is the main body of innovation,and its innovation competitiveness is closely related to the innovation ability of the country.The Yangtze River Delta region is the core pillar of the future development of China's manufacturing industry.The manufacturing industry in this region has strong innovation competitiveness,which is a necessary condition for the national manufacturing industry to realize the innovation-driven development strategy and move towards the international upstream innovation ladder.Guided by the system dynamics theory and grey prediction theory,the theoretical framework and internal operation feedback mechanism of the manufacturing innovation competitiveness system in Shanghai,Zhejiang,Jiangsu and Anhui are studied,and a system dynamics model of regional manufacturing innovation competitiveness is constructed.The simulation results are compared and analyzed,and some countermeasures and suggestions are then provided so as to improve the innovation competitiveness of manufacturing industry in Shanghai,Zhejiang,Jiangsu and Anhui from the perspective of Yangtze River Delta integration.
