连云港农村电商人才开发的现状及优化对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Optimization Countermeasuresof Rural E-Commerce Talent Development in Lianyungang

推进农村电商高质量发展是促进发展要素向农村流动、持续巩固深化乡村振兴战略的重要举措之一。目前,从连云港市农村电商人才开发的现状来看,还存在专业人才匮乏、服务人才不足、高端人才引进困难等问题。文章基于连云港农村电商发展实际,聚焦当前主要问题,提出引进农村电商专业人才、培养农村电商本土人才、做好农村电商人才服务、搭建农村电商人才发展载体等优化对策,以期为农村电商人才开发提供参考和借鉴。

Promoting the high-quality development of rural e-commerce is one of the important measures to promote the flow of development factors to rural areas and to continually consolidate and deepen the rural revitalization strategy.At present,in terms of the current situation of the development of rural e-commerce talents in Lianyungang,there are still problems such as lack of professional talents,lack of service talents,and difficulty in introducing top talents.Based on the actual development of rural e-commerce in Lianyungang and focusing on the current main problems,it is proposed that the development of rural e-commerce talents requires introducing rural e-commerce professionals,training local talents,providing good services,and constructing a proper carrier for the development of rural e-commerce talents.
