摘要
对终身学习的倡导中包含以威胁性话语隐匿成人教育根本问题和社会责任向成人转嫁的风险,导致成人教育理论和实践发展受阻,教育异化为对成人的压迫和剥削。成因主要在于:国际组织的议程设置使世界各国的研究和政策沿用终身学习取代成人教育的表达;社会对成人权益的忽视。作为应对,未来成人教育应重拾促进社会变革的教育目的,重塑共商共建的教育方式,重构生活化的教育内容,通过理论和实践的转型发展,使成人教育回到主流视域中,促进社会对成人权益重视度的提升。
There are risks in advocating lifelong learning,including concealing the fundamental problems of adult education with threatening words and transferring social responsibility to adults,which leads to hinder the development of theory and practice in adult education,as well as turns alienation of education into oppression and exploitation to adults.The main reasons include that the agenda-setting of international organizations makes the research and policy of all countries in the world follow the expression of lifelong learning instead of adult education,and the neglect of adults rights for society.In response,adult education in the future should regain the educational purpose of promoting social change,reshape the educational mode of collaborative negotiation and construction,reconstruct the educational content of life,and make adult education return to the public through the transformation and development of theory and practice,so as to promote the improvement of social attention to adult rights and interests.
