高质量发展视域下我国老年教育发展的成效考察——基于《老年教育发展规划(2016—2020)》实施以来浙江省的调研数据

Research on the Effectiveness of the Development of Elderly Education in China from the Perspective of High-quality Development--Based on the Survey Data of Zhejiang Province since the Implementation of Education Development Plan for the Elderly(2016-2020)

老年教育是贯彻落实积极应对人口老龄化国家战略的重要内容,基于老年教育成果量化分析,运用高质量发展理论从政策支持、资源供给、支持服务及内涵建设等四个维度构建老年教育事业发展成效分析框架,立足浙江省工作实践,全面检视老年教育事业发展的资源供需、支持服务、学科建设和师资队伍建设等实施成效,强化政策引领、服务支持和质量保障,促进我国老年教育事业高质量发展。

Elderly education is an important part of the national strategy to actively respond to the population aging.Based on the quantitative analysis of the achievements of elderly education,this paper uses the theory of high-quality development to construct an analytical framework for the development of elderly education from four dimensions of policy support,resource supply,support service and connotation construction.Based on the work practice of Zhejiang Province,this paper comprehensively reviews the implementation effects of resource supply and demand,support service,discipline construction and teaching staff construction in the development of elderly education,strengthens policy guidance,service support and quality assurance to promote the high-quality development of elderly education in China.
