高质量发展背景下职业教育与开放教育协同发展机制研究 被引量:5

摘要 高质量发展是“十四五”时期我国职业教育与开放教育持续改革发展的主旋律。教育的高质量发展是实现经济社会高质量发展的重要支撑。面向未来,各类教育的高质量发展需要在“融合”与“协同”上继续修炼真功夫。在此背景下,从理论和实践反思的视角讨论我国职业教育与开放教育协同发展现状和协同发展机制具有重要意义。当前,我国职业教育与开放教育的协同发展在协同办学等方面取得了一定的成效,但也存在不够深入等问题。对此,需要以深化理论研究为基础,凝聚协同发展共识度;以激活动力机制为源泉,提高协同发展互动度;以强化过程管理为核心,提升协同发展融合度;以优化制度环境为保障,增强协同发展耦合度。 High-quality development is the main melody of the continuous reform and development of China s vocational education and open education during the“Fourteenth Five-Year Plan”period.The high-quality development of education is an important support for the realization of high-quality economic and social development.Facing the future,high-quality development of all kinds of education need to continue to practice in“integration”and“synergy”.In this context,it is of great significance to discuss the current situation and mechanism of the coordinated development of vocational education and open education in China from the perspective of theoretical and practical reflection.At present,the coordinated development of vocational education and open education in China has made some achievements in the coordinated school running,but there are also some problems such as insufficient depth.In this regard,it is necessary to deepen theoretical research as the foundation to build the consensus on collaborative development;activate the dynamic mechanism as the source to improve the interaction of collaborative development;strengthen process management as the core to improve the integration of collaborative development;optimize the institutional environment as the guarantee to enhance the coupling of collaborative development.
