Gemini胶团强化超滤法(GMEUF)处理含铅废水的研究

摘要 铅是一种有毒的重金属元素,其随着人类的饮食进入人体,并在人体内富集。当铅的摄入量超过5mg/kg将对人体健康构成严重威胁,会损坏人体的肾脏、肝脏和生殖系统,并影响人体内细胞再生以及大脑功能。本文基于制备了一种Gemini表面活性剂,开展了该表面活性剂在MEUF法处理含铅废水的研究。研究结果表明,GMEUF法处理含铅废水的铅离子的截留率大于97%;表面活性剂的截留率大于90%;与传统表面活性剂SDS相比,表面活性剂的使用量降低约100倍;表面活性剂截留率高约1倍;表面活性剂的排放量降低约200倍。本文的科研成果已经转化为研究生课程《高等分析化学》以及《波谱学原理与应用》的教学素材,实现了科研课题向课堂教学的转化。 Lead is a toxic heavy metal element, which enters the human body with the human diet and is enriched in the human body. When the intake of lead exceeds 5mg/kg, it will pose a serious threat to human health, damage the human kidney, liver and reproductive system, and affect the cell regeneration and brain function in the human body. Based on the preparation of a Gemini surfactant, the study on the treatment of lead containing wastewater by MEUF was carried out in this paper. The results show that the retention rate of lead ion in lead containing wastewater treated by gmeuf method is more than 97%;The retention rate of surfactant is more than 90%;Compared with traditional surfactant SDS, the amount of surfactant used is reduced by about 100 times;The retention rate of surfactant is about 1 times higher;The emission of surfactants is reduced by about 200 times. In this paper, the optimum process conditions for treating lead containing wastewater by gmeuf method were optimized. The scientific research achievements of this paper have been transformed into teaching materials for the postgraduate courses advanced analytical chemistry and the principles and applications of spectroscopy, realizing the transformation of scientific research topics into classroom teaching.
