摘要
本研究涉及高折射率树脂单体苯基双醚芴的催化合成制备技术,特别是涉及一种由环氧乙烷催化合成苯基双醚芴的方法,研究发现,在反应温度为70℃,反应时间为5h时,产率可达到94.29%,产品纯度为99.65%,其反应条件温和,后处理简单,操作方便,所得产品纯度高、收率高,在生产过程中对外界环境污染较小,适合工业化生产。
This study involves the catalytic synthesis and preparation technology of high refractive index resin monomer phenyl diether fluorene, especially a method of catalytic synthesis of phenyl diether fluorene by ethylene oxide. It is found that when the reaction temperature is 70 ℃ and the reaction time is 5 h, the yield can reach 94.29% and the product purity is 99.65%. The reaction conditions are mild, the post-treatment is simple and the operation is convenient. The product has high purity, high yield, and less environmental pollution in the process of production, which is suitable for industrial production.
