摘要
目的 探究大学校园处于疫情封控期间,大学生体育锻炼、认知重评策略、心理弹性三者间的关系,并进一步检验认知重评策略是否在体育锻炼与心理弹性的关系中起中介作用。方法 使用体育活动等级量表、情绪调节问卷、青少年心理弹性量表和自编的人口统计学问卷,对采用方便抽样法选取的385名疫情封控管理大学生进行问卷调查。结果 1)在体育锻炼量和认知重评策略使用频率上存在显著的性别差异。2)体育锻炼量与认知重评策略使用频率呈显著正相关(r=0.153,p<0.01),体育锻炼量与心理弹性水平呈显著正相关(r=0.190,p<0.01),认知重评策略使用频率与心理弹性水平之间也存在显著正相关(r=0.381,p<0.01)。3)认知重评策略在体育锻炼和心理弹性之间起中介作用。结论 体育锻炼量能够正向预测疫情封控管理大学生认知重评策略的使用和心理弹性水平;参与体育锻炼可以直接促进疫情封控管理大学生心理弹性的发展,也可以通过认知重评策略的中介作用对其心理弹性产生间接积极影响。
Objective To investigate the relationship between physical activity, cognitive reappraisal strategies, and psychological resilience among college students during the university campus under epidemic closure, and to further test whether cognitive reappraisal strategies play a mediating role in the relationship between physical activity and psychological resilience. Methods Using the Physical Activity Rating Scale, Emotional Regulation Questionnaire, Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale, and a self-administered demographic questionnaire, 385 college students selected by convenience sampling method for epidemic closure management were surveyed.Results 1)There were significant gender differences in the amount of physical exercise and frequency of use of cognitive reassessment strategies. 2)There was a significant positive correlation between the amount of physical exercise and the frequency of using cognitive reassessment strategies(r=0.153,p<0.01). A significant positive correlation between the amount of physical exercise and the level of psychological resilience(r=0.190,p<0.01), and a significant positive correlation between the frequency of using cognitive reappraisal strategies and the level of psychological resilience(r=0.381,p<0.01). 3)Cognitive reappraisal strategies mediated the relationship between physical exercise and psychological resilience. Conclusion The amount of physical exercise can positively predict the use of cognitive reassessment strategies and the level of psychological resilience among college students in epidemic closure management. Participation in physical exercise can directly promote the development of psychological resilience among college students in epidemic closure management and can also indirectly positively influence their psychological resilience through the mediating effect of cognitive reassessment strategies.
