基于定性比较分析乡村振兴战略下农村公共体育服务发展的影响因素与组态效应

Influencing Factors and Configuration Effect of Rural Public Sports Service Development Under Rural Revitalization Strategy: Based on Qualitative Comparative Analysis

选取2015年至2021年间关于农村公共体育服务发展的16个典型案例为研究样本,应用清晰集定性比较分析法(csQCA)归纳出条件变量的集合,探究农村公共体育服务发展的影响因素,明确促进农村公共体育服务发展的7种条件组态路径,在布尔代数算法优化下,推出5种作用机制。结果表明:政府治理水平、农民收入水平、农村体育基础设施、农民体育服务需求表达和体育人才队伍建设是农村公共体育服务发展的影响因素,且各因素在不同的路径中所起到的作用不同;促进农村公共体育服务发展的原因是多因素间的组态效应,并不是单因素导致的“净效应”,进而将5种发展作用机制分为政府主责型发展、农民内生需求型发展、人才引导型发展、要素均衡型发展、生活必要参与型发展。

Sixteen typical cases on the development of rural public sports services from 2015 to 2021 are selected as the research samples,and the set of conditional variables was summarized by using clear set qualitative comparative analysis(csQCA) to explore the influencing factors of the development of rural public sports service, and seven conditional configuration paths for promoting the development of rural public sports service were identified. Under the optimization of Boolean algebra algorithm,5 kinds of action mechanisms are deduced. The results show that government governance level, farmers’ income level, rural sports infrastructure, farmers’ sports service demand expression and sports talent team construction are the influencing factors of rural public sports service development, and each factor plays different roles in different paths. The reason for promoting the development of rural public sports service is the configura-tion effect among multiple factors, not the net effect caused by single factor. Then, the five development mechanisms can be divided into government responsible development, farmers’ endogenous demand development, talent guided development, factor balanced development and life necessary participation development.
