Research on Talent Training for Educational Excursion Major Under“1+X”Certificate System

研学旅行是一项具有探究性、实践性的研究活动,是旅游业中的新业态,备受教育界和旅游界的关注。文章以研学旅行管理与服务专业人才培养为核心,对“1+X”证书制度下研学旅行人才培养的社会需求和内外部困境进行剖析。进而,结合研学旅行策划与管理(EEPM)职业技能等级证书特色,从人才培养方案制定、课程体系构建、师资团队建设、教学模式变革等方面提出人才培养的创新策略与路径,以期提高职业院校人才培养的有效性和针对性。

Educational excursion is an exploratory and practical research activity.It is a new form of tourism,and has attracted the attention from the education and tourism circles.Focusing on the talent training of educational excursion management and service major,this paper analyzes the social needs and internal and external difficulties of talent training for educational excursion major under the“1+X”certificate system.Furthermore,combined with the characteristics of EEPM vocational skill grade certificate,the innovative strategies and paths of talent training are proposed from the aspects of talent training plan formulation,curriculum system construction,teacher team construction,teaching mode reform,etc.,in order to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of talent training in vocational colleges.
