摘要
在产教融合背景下,酒店管理专业教育面临专业教师理论强、实践弱,酒店从业人员理论弱、实践强等问题。文章通过对青岛滨海学院酒店管理学院、青岛西海岸珠山大饭店及青岛金沙滩希尔顿酒店师资融合进行实证研究,从施教本源出发,依据“校店合一”理念,提出了酒店管理专业“校店协同”师资队伍培养模式的选择建议。
In the context of industry-education integration,hotel management majors face the problem that professional teachers are rich in theoretical knowledge but incompetent in practice,while hotel practitioners are poor in theoretical knowledge but capable in practice.Through the empirical research on the integration of teaching staff from the School of Hotel Management of Qingdao Binhai University,Qingdao West Coast Zhushan Hotel and Qingdao Golden Beach Hilton Hotel,this paper puts forward the training mode of“school-hotel collaboration”according to the connotation of“school-hotel collaboration”.
