应用型人才培养视角下金融学专业实践教学体系的优化问题——以中国石油大学(北京)克拉玛依校区为例

Study on the Optimization of Practical Teaching System of Finance Major from the Perspective of Practical Talent Training——Taking China University of Petroleum(Beijing)at Karamay as an Example

金融学作为应用性较强的专业,完备的实践教学体系对于提升学生的专业技能和综合素质,实现高校人才培养目标与社会实际需求有效对接具有重要意义。基于此,文章以中国石油大学(北京)克拉玛依校区为例,通过梳理金融学专业实践教学体系建设中存在的问题,并借助政府支持克拉玛依创建国家级资源富集地区转型创新试验区,加快建设丝绸之路经济带核心区石油石化产业高质量发展示范区的优势,结合应用型人才培养目标和金融行业对金融人才的要求,提出了优化金融学专业实践教学体系的若干具体建议。

As an application-oriented major,a complete practical teaching system is of great significance to enhance students’professional skills and comprehensive quality,and realize the effective match between the training objectives of universities and market demands.In view of this,the article takes China University of Petroleum(Beijing)at Karamay as an example,through sorting out the issues existing in the construction of the practical teaching system of the finance majors,and by taking advantage of the government’s support for Karamay to establish a national pilot zone for the transformation and innovation in resource-rich regions,and accelerate the construction of a demonstration zone for the high-quality development of petroleum and petrochemical industry in the core area of the“Silk Road Economic Belt”,combined with the training objectives of practical talents and industry requirements for financial talents,this paper proposes specific suggestions on optimizing the practical teaching system of finance majors.
