复合振动筛给料与筛分效率相关性研究

Study on the Correlation between Feeding and Screening Efficiency of Composite Vibrating Screen

本文通过复合振动筛给料粒度、给料浓度与筛分效率及筛下产率的相关性研究,研究复合振动筛给料粒度、给料浓度对筛分效率及筛下产率的影响。结果表明:复合振动筛给矿粒度-200目含量与筛分效率、筛下产率呈正相关性,给矿粒度-200目含量每提高10个点,筛分效率提高11.8个点、筛下产率提高15.6个点;给矿浓度与筛分效率、筛下产率呈负相关性,细筛给矿浓度每提高10个点,筛分效率降低12.4个点、筛下产率降低13.9个点。

Through the correlation analysis between feed size,feed concentration,screening efficiency and screening yield of composite vibration screen,the influence of composite vibration screen feed size and feed concentration on screening efficiency and screening yield is studied,the results show that the content of-200 mesh in the feed size of the composite vibrating screen is positively correlated with the screening efficiency and the yield under the screen.For every 10 points of increase in the content of-200 mesh in the feed size,the screening efficiency is increased by 11.8 points and the yield under the screen is increased by 15.6 points;The ore feeding concentration is negatively correlated with the screening efficiency and yield under screen.For every 10 points of increase in the fine screen ore feeding concentration,the screening efficiency decreases by 12.4 points and the yield under screen decreases by 13.9 points.
