摘要
本文主要通过对储运部嘉北料场胶带机系统粉尘污染状况进行分析,以此来对现有粉尘治理技术进行研究,并对集中袋式除尘技术性能特点与其他除尘技术进行比较研究。结果表明:集中袋式除尘技术更适合储运部的生产实际,且工作原理简单、技术成熟可靠、应用广泛、除尘效率高,能够大幅度的降低岗位粉尘浓度,显著改善胶带机系统粉尘超标现状,满足国家超低排放的改造要求。
In this paper,by analyzing the status of dust pollution in the belt conveyor system of Jiabei stock yard of the storage and transportation department,the existing dust control technology is studied,the performance characteristics of centralized bag type dedusting technology are compared with other dedusting technology.The results show that the centralized bag type dedusting technology is more suitable for the practical production of the storage and transportation department,and its working principle is simple,the technology is mature,reliable and widely used,and its dedusting efficiency is high to greatly reduce the dust concentration,significantly improve the status of dust exceeding the standard for belt conveyor system and meet the national ultra-low emission modification requirements.
