Quality inspection of ceramic membrane filter element for alkali recovery system in viscose fiber production

黏胶纤维生产过程中,陶瓷膜滤芯是碱液回收系统的核心设备,其质量对系统过滤效率有很大影响。介绍了一种陶瓷膜滤芯质量检测工具,由检测筒体和压力检测装置组成。检测筒体为直径200 mm、长度1500 mm的不锈钢筒体,滤芯安装在筒体内,两端通过密封法兰及密封圈密封;压力检测装置由一块压力表与三通一端连接,三通第二端连接一个球阀,第三端与检测筒体接口相连。检测时将压力检测装置与检测筒体相连,通入0.50~0.60 MPa压缩空气,观察压力表的变化,通过压力降低速度即可判断膜组内滤芯是否有破损现象。该工具结构简单,可以快速有效地甄别陶瓷膜滤芯的质量。

In the production of viscose fiber,ceramic membrane filter element is the core equipment of alkali recovery system,and its quality has a great impact on the filtration efficiency of the system.A quality testing device for ceramic membrane filter element was introduced,which consists of a testing cylinder and a pressure detection unit.The testing cylinder is a stainless steel cylinder with a diameter of 200 mm and a length of 1500 mm.The filter element is installed in the cylinder,and both ends are sealed with sealing flanges and sealing rings.The pressure detection unit consists of a three-way with one end connecting with a pressure gauge,the second end with a ball valve and the third end with the detection cylinder interface.The pressure detection device is connected to the detection cylinder and introduced with 0.50-0.60 MPa compressed air to observe the change of the pressure gauge during the test.It can be judged whether the filter element of the membrane group has been damaged through the pressure reduction speed.The device has simple structure,but can quickly and effectively distinguish the quality of ceramic membrane filter element.
