康复志愿者参与式同伴支持对结直肠癌患者心理社会适应的干预效果

Intervention efficacy of rehabilitation volunteer-based peer support on psychosocial adaptation in patients with colorectal cancer

目的 探讨康复志愿者参与式同伴支持对结直肠癌患者自我感受负担和心理社会适应的影响。方法 选取2021年5月至2021年10月收治的80例结直肠癌患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施4周的康复志愿者参与式同伴支持。采用自我感受负担量表(SPBS)和疾病心理社会适应量表(PAIS-SR)评价干预效果。结果 干预后,观察组自我感受负担量表中情感负担、经济负担维度得分及总分为(13.16±2.78)分、(6.27±1.74)分和(26.57±3.06)分,低于对照组的(15.46±3.52)分、(7.13±1.64)分和(29.67±4.20)分;观察组疾病心理社会适应量表中卫生保健、家庭关系、交流情况、心理状态和总分分别为(7.70±1.63)分、(6.65±1.21)分、(6.89±1.47)分、(7.73±2.01)分和(50.78±5.19)分,低于对照组的(8.67±1.19)分、(7.54±1.79)分、(7.74±1.79)分、(9.38±1.80)分和(56.54±5.02)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 康复志愿者参与式同伴支持可有效减轻结直肠癌患者自我感受负担,提高疾病心理社会适应水平。

Objective To explore the intervention efficacy of rehabilitation volunteer-based peer support on the self-perceived burden(SPB) and psychosocial adaptation in patients with colorectal cancer(CRC). Methods Between May 2021 and October 2021, CRC patients(n=80) admitted to Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly assigned at 1∶1 ratio to receive either conventional care(control group) or conventional care + rehabilitation volunteer-based peer support(observation group) for 4 weeks. The intervention efficacy was assessed by Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS) and Psychosocial Adjustment to Illness Scale-Self-Report(PAIS-SR).Results After 4 weeks of intervention, the emotional burden sorce and economic burden dimension scores and total scores of the SPBS in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group[(13.16±2.78)],(6.27±1.74) and(26.57±3.06) vs(15.46 ±3.52),(7.13±1.64) and(29.67±4.20);(P<0.05), respectively];in PAIS-SR, similar results were obtained for health care, family relationship, communication, mental state and total scores [(7.70±1.63),(6.65±1.21),(6.89±1.47),(7.73±2.01)and(50.78±5.19) vs(8.67±1.19),(7.54±1.79),(7.74±1.79),(9.38±1.80) and(56.54±5.02);(P<0.05), respectively].Conclusion For CRC patients, rehabilitation volunteer-based peer support can effectively reduce SPB and improve the level of psychosocial adaptation.
