摘要
目的 研究降钙素结合康复手法在女性保膝疗法中的应用效果。方法 受试者即2019年1月至2021年1月收治的44例膝内侧间隙狭窄患者。所有受试者开展降钙素结合康复手法治疗。分析患者治疗前后膝关节功能、血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-15(IL-15)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)水平、基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)以及生活质量变化情况。结果 44例患者治疗后各项膝关节WOMAC指数评分均低于治疗前(均P<0.05);治疗后血清IL-1β、IL-15及IL-18水平分别为(12.35±1.66)pg/ml、(20.78±3.45)pg/ml、(31.28±4.09)pg/ml,均低于治疗前的(24.41±3.22)pg/ml、(50.10±5.19)pg/ml、(61.34±6.22)pg/ml(均P<0.05);治疗后血清基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)以及基质金属蛋白酶-13(MMP-13)含量分别为(2.24±0.26)ng/ml、(4.97±1.22)ng/ml、(11.67±1.87)ng/ml,均低于治疗前的(5.28±0.61)ng/ml、(5.28±0.61)ng/ml、(27.40±2.34)ng/ml,(均P<0.05)。治疗后各项健康调查简表(SF-36)评分均高于治疗前(均P<0.05)。结论 降钙素结合康复手法在女性保膝疗法中的应用效果较佳,可促进患者膝关节功能的恢复,降低血清IL-1β、IL-15、IL-18水平以及MMPs含量,提高生活质量。
Objective To study the application effect of calcitonin combined with rehabilitation manipulation in female knee preservation treatments.Methods Totally 44 patients with medial knee space stenosis admitted to hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were recruited and managed by calcitonin combined with rehabilitation manipulation. The knee joint function, serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β), interleukin-15(IL-15), interleukin-18(IL-18), matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs), quality-of-life were included as comparators.Results Comprared with before treatment, the significant lower the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC) scores, the significant decreased levels of IL-1β, IL-15 and IL-18([12.35±1.66] pg/ml, [20.78±3.45] pg/ml, [31.28±4.09] pg/ml) vs([24.41±3.22] pg/ml, [50.10±5.19] pg/ml, [61.34±6.22] pg/ml) [P<0.05], respectively), and the significant decreased matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2), matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3), matrix metalloproteinase-13(MMP-13) were found after treatment([2.24±0.26] ng/ml, [4.97±1.22] ng/ml, [11.67±1.87] ng/ml vs [5.28±0.61] ng/ml, [5.28±0.61] ng/ml, [27.40±2.34] ng/ml, [P<0.05], respectively). Conclusion The calcitonin combined with rehabilitation manipulation on knee preservation treatments in female has a good application effect, which is capable of promoting the recovery of knee joint function, reducing serum IL-1β, IL-15, IL-18 levels and MMPs content, and improving the quality-of-life.
