摘要
脓毒血症是机体严重感染、创伤、泌尿外科术后等常见的并发症之一,尿源性脓毒血症主要是由泌尿系梗阻感染或有创操作所致。近年来经研究脓毒血症的机制发现单核细胞首先识别脂多糖等病原体成分,免疫反应从过度促炎症状态迅速发展为免疫细胞的凋亡、免疫抑制状态。深入研究脓毒血症期间单核细胞、巨噬细胞等介导的免疫反应将对患者的治疗起着重要的作用。本文主要综合单核细胞在小鼠与人尿源性脓毒血症病程中机制变化来进行综述。
Sepsis is a common complication of severe infection, trauma and postoperative urological surgery.Urogenic sepsis is mainly caused by urinary tract obstruction infection or invasive operation.In recent years, with the deep study on the mechanism of sepsis, it is found that monocytes or macrophages mediated immunity reactions play an uncommutability effect for the treatment of the sepsis in the future.This article will review the changes and action mechanism of monocyte during mice and human urogenic sepsis.
