基于循证的ERAS干预对肾囊肿围术期患者术后康复的影响

Effects of evidence-based ERAS intervention on the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with renal cysts during perioperative period

目的 对肾囊肿围术期患者实施基于循证的加速康复外科(ERAS)干预,探讨该干预方式对患者的康复情况、疼痛程度及并发症发生情况的影响。方法 选择2020年1月至10月行手术治疗的80例肾囊肿患者,按数表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组给予常规围术期护理,观察组给予基于循证的ERAS干预,评估2组的康复情况。结果 与对照组相比,观察组的术后首次饮水时间(t=2.681)、首次进食时间(t=2.915)、首次下床时间(t=3.123)、首次肛门排气时间(t=2.789)均较短(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组首次下床时(t=2.635)及术后24 h(t=2.418)、48 h(t=2.589)、72 h(t=3.434)的视觉模拟评分(VAS),均较低(P均<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的术后并发症发生率较低(χ^(2)=4.501,P<0.05)。结论 基于循证的ERAS干预可促进肾囊肿患者的术后康复进程,对其疼痛程度缓解及并发症预防均具有积极影响。

Objective To investigate the effects of evidence-based Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery(ERAS) intervention on the postoperative rehabilitation, pain degree and incidence of complications of patients with renal cysts at perioperative period.Methods Eighty patients with renal cysts who were treated by surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were enrolled in the study, who were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in control group were treated by conventional perioperative nursing, however, those in observation group were treated by evidence-based ERAS interventionThe rehabilitation statuses of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The first time of drinking water and eating, the first time of getting out of bed and the first time of anal exhaust in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).And the visual analogue scale(VAS) scores on getting out of bed for the first time, and at 24h, 48h and 72h after operation in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based ERAS intervention can promote the postoperative rehabilitation process of patients with renal cysts, and has a positive effects on the relief of pain and the prevention of complications.
