摘要
目的探讨新生儿复苏培训中联合应用以问题为导向的教学法与情景模拟教学法的作用。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月在苏州大学附属儿童医院参加儿科住院医师规范化培训的四证合一全日制研究生为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,观察组采用联合以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)与情景模拟的教学法,对照组则采用传统的方法进行教学,最终通过对两组学员理论考试和复苏技能考试进行教学评价,课后使用问卷调查培训满意度、教学是否能调动学习积极性等。结果观察组在理论及操作考核上均优于对照组(P<0.05)。调查问卷结果显示,观察组在教学方法满意度、激发学习兴趣、规范复苏流程操作、提高实践操作能力及提高团队协作能力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将PBL与情景模拟教学法联合应用在新生儿复苏培训中较传统教学方法具有优越性,值得进一步积极探索。
Objective To investigate the effect of the problem–based learning(PBL) combined with the scenariobased simulation education in neonatal resuscitation training. Methods Full-time graduate students, who received standardized training in Children’s Hospital of Soochow University from January 2019 to December 2020,were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was taught by the PBL combined with the scenario based simulation education method, while the control group was taught by traditional teaching method.After the training, neonatal resuscitation knowledge assessment and resuscitation operation skills assessment was used to evaluate the teaching effect of the two groups, and a questionnaire survey was conducted between teachers and resident physicians. Results The score of basic knowledge and the score of resuscitation operation skills of students in observation group was higher than those of students in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group was also higher than the control group in terms of training satisfaction,learning enthusiasm, and the experimental group was more able to improve resuscitation process, resuscitation operation skills and the team cooperation ability. The difference has the statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL combined with the scenario based simulation education in neonatal resuscitation training is superior to the traditional teaching method, and is worthy of further active exploration.
