摘要
目的 探索分层分组教学法在综合医院儿科住院医师规范化培训的应用价值。方法 对2017年9月—2019年8月于内蒙古自治区人民医院参加住培的19名学员(2017级5名,2018级9名,2019级5名)均采用分层分组教学法,所有学员根据年级分为A、B、C三个层次,依照带教老师的亚专业方向,最终形成带教老师—三年级学员—二年级学员—一年级学员的培训模式。根据学员与带教老师的360度互评,各学员亚专业轮转的出科前考核、中期考核、年度考核及结业考核共同评价该方法的效果。结果 根据360度测评可以看出采用分组分层法培养学员后,学员对带教老师和带教老师对学员的评分基本≥3分,处于较满意的状态,学员对带教老师的评价基本在4分以上,处于满意的状态。各年级学员均通过出科考核、中期考核及年度考核,2017级学员全部通过结业考核,2018级学员全部通过国家医师资格考核。各学员均在带教老师指导下完成病例汇报、文献学习。结论 综合医院儿科住院医师规范化培训在儿科医生培养上发挥着非常重要的作用,而分层分组教学值得在综合医院中进一步探索。
Objective To explore the application value of stratified and grouped teaching method in standardized training of pediatric residents in general hospitals.Methods T The 19 students(5 in 2017, 9 in 2018, and 5 in 2019) who participated in the residential training in the People’s Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from September 2017 to August 2019 all adopted the hierarchical grouping teaching method. All students were divided into three levels: A, B, and C according to their grades. According to the sub professional direction of the teachers, the training model of teachers-third grade students-second grade students-first grade students was finally formed. According to the 360 degree mutual evaluation between students and teachers, the effect of this method is evaluated jointly by the pre graduation assessment, mid-term assessment,annual assessment and graduation assessment of each student’s sub major. Results According to the 360-degree evaluation, students’ scores to the teaching teacher and the teaching teacher are basically ≥3 points, and they are in a relatively satisfactory state after the hierarchical grouping teaching method. The students’ evaluation of the instructor is basically above 4, which is in a satisfactory state. Students of all grades have passed the examination,mid-term examination and annual examination. All students in the class of 2017 have passed the completion examination. All the students in the class of 2018 have passed the national doctor qualification examination. Each student completed case report and literature study under the guidance of the teacher. Conclusion The standardized training of pediatrics residents in general hospitals plays a very important role in the training of pediatricians, and the hierarchical grouping teaching method is worthy of further exploration in general hospitals.
