摘要 文章探讨以器官系统为中心的以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在案例选择上的重要性。PBL教学是一种新型教学法,教学中案例的选择和书写是教学方法的重要组成部分。PBL教案选择的病例不仅要注重病例典型性的特点,还要注重病例知识点的全面性。文章从布鲁菌感染的发病、误诊、确诊、治疗的整个过程为主线,在PBL的教学教案的选取、设计和书写出发,讨论PBL教案选择的重要性,书写的趣味性,才能更好的启发学生的学习兴趣,更使学生知识面得到拓展。 The paper discusses the importance of problem-based learning(PBL) centered on organ system in case selection. PBL teaching is a new teaching mode, and the selection and writing of cases in teaching is an important part of teaching methods. The cases selected by PBL teaching plan should not only pay attention to the typical characteristics of cases, but also pay attention to the comprehensiveness of knowledge points of cases. Based on the whole process of brucellosis, misdiagnosis, diagnosis and treatment, and the selection, design and writing of PBL teaching plan, this paper discusses the importance of PBL teaching plan selection and the fun of writing, so as to better inspire students’ interest in learning and expand their knowledge.
